This is a 750KVA/450V/720 RPM Alterator, Hyundai HFC7 504-14K has been rewinded and maintained by Ha Ha M&S for 6 days.

Performing in-situ rewinding aboard a ship presents unique challenges compared to rewinding in a workshop. The tight space in engine rooms, crowded with machines and equipment, often means the alternator must be fixed in place. For customers who cannot take their ship out of service for a long period of time, moving the ship to a dry dock and removing part of the hull is not an option.

To ensure success in these types of jobs, meticulous preparation is crucial. Every tool and piece of equipment must be accounted for, as missing items can lead to disaster in completing the job.

Dismantle the Alternator and ít component onboard, inspection related compotnent:Bearing, Shaft, VDR, Exciter …etc.

Rewinding stator,

Overhauling rotor.

Re-varnish after re-winding and overhauling then heating by special heater equipment.

Re-installaton/assemble, take measurement and adjustment, testing and commissioning
