Scope of Work: The scope of work involves the repair and replacement of the starboard pilot accommodation ladder, which was damaged

Repair procdure:

1.Dismantle all handrails and stanchions of ladder

2.Dismant ladder with upper station & Upper platform

3.Cut and which were cracked or bend

4.Straightening side frames which were bent by hydraulic jacks and hammers

5.Aluminum re welding ladder steps, cracked frame &

6. Reinstallation ladder, upper platform (ship crane assistance)

7.Dismantle all handrails and stanchions of ladder

8.Load test (SWL: 6 person x 82.5 =495 kg)
