The project has been granted Investment Certificate No. 48121000889 by Binh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, and has a duration of 70 years. Its main goal is to construct an international port that can facilitate the import and export of general goods, in order to support the socio-economic growth of Binh Thuan province and the neighboring regions of South Central Coast and Central Highlands. The port is designed to include one 3,000-ton berth, two 50,000-ton berths, and one 70,000-ton berth that will be constructed in the future.
