GENERATOR ENGINE OVERHAULING IN VIET NAM

This is the MV CASSIOPEIA STAR ship that our team of HAI HA M&S overhauled the generator engine. The work was completed within 5 days including as :

Disassemble 12 fuel valves. Overhauling or renew
Disassemble 12 cylinder head. Clean and overhaul suction valve and exhaust valve
Disassemble the 12 bearings, 12 pistons. Carry out measure and inspect piston ring, compare with the limit. The piston still ok, we will reuse. The piston over limit we will renew.
Disassemble rod bearing. Renew the over limit bearing corrosion
Take out 12 cylinders, renew water sealing, measure corrosion of cylinder. If corrosion still ok we will re-use. If over limit we will renew cylinder.
All system is set up completely, trial and hand over at ship.
